Comtel Communications has been around since 1991. We have weathered many storms throughout the evolution of the telecom industry. Experiencing major events such as toll free portability, the Telecom Act of 1996, local number portability, the advent of the PDA, and many more. This experience offers many benefits to our customer base. Our management team has a combined telecom experience of almost 100 years.

Sales Approach

Our Sales Team is headed up by Pete Kraehmer, an 18 year telecom veteran. Our approach is so much more than presenting a quote for services. It is understanding our customer’s business, and putting together a solution that meets the customer’s needs. As part of the analysis, we will let you know if what you currently has is competitive. How many companies will tell you “Mr. Customer, I would recommend staying with what you have”. This philosophy continues to distinguish us from our competition and has afforded us the opportunity to earn customer’s business in the future.

Customer Service

Our Client Service Team is headed up by Patti Connelly, a 20 year telecom veteran. The Client Service Team is the backbone for Comtel, as noted even by the sales team. They truly care about the customer, and have a genuine interest in the well being of the client. They will do whatever is necessary to assist the client whether it is an outage, a billing question or a simple service add.
