A legal firm was moving an out-of-state location into brand new construction. They had no established service, nor any information on carriers in the area. Comtel not only got services in place, they met the move-in date with a short-term alternative solution until the primary service could be delivered. The firm was able to stay in full operation throughout.

An international transporter of grocery and dry goods needed point-to-point dark fiber connectivity between their primary and disaster recovery sites. They asked dozens of vendors and none could deliver a solution, providing instead a litany of unsolvable issues. At contract renewal time for a worldwide legal and consulting services firm, Comtel negotiated a contract that saved the customer thousands of dollars and even came with a credit. Comtel is a proactive partner in managing, reviewing, and following up on all of our client’s contracts, so when we discovered that the carrier hadn’t passed on the credit as negotiated, we advocated for the firm and recovered $60,000 for the client, ensuring proper future billing at the same time.

One growing customer found it difficult to keep up with exactly what they had: cell phones, internet, MPLS, telephone systems, and so much more.
